At Hanson Fitness, we believe that fitness should be a part of everyone's daily life. But, we are not like the big box store gyms that sell you a monthly membership and hope that you don't come.
We give you sessions to use at your convenience and work with your schedule. We understand that life is busy and your schedule can fill up fast, which is why we encourage you to make your workout routine a priority. You can use your sessions whenever you'd like.

Hanson Fitness has decades of experience working with senior clientele and understand their needs. Our trainers are committed to working closely with you and addressing any concerns you may have before or after your training sessions. Another reason one on one training is so very valuable. We will design a fitness program specific to you and your body.
Many of our clients are children! We offer specific training and exercise programs specifically designed for children Monday through Saturday.
We work with kids who are school aged who might have A.D.D., hyperactivity, kids who may be particularly tired, or over weight, children who are less active or the child who just loves to move. Trainers at Hanson Fitness enjoy providing the young clients with kids personal training. We bring creativity to our fitness training for kids to keep your child interested and focused and we know children are unique clients.
