Find your Strength in SMALL Numbers

Tired of getting your work-out in large classes with little or no individual guidance or coaching? HANSON FITNESS now offers small group fitness classes of no more than 10 people in each class with personalized guidance for every class member. Instructors will be making sure your every move is done correctly and safely.

Focus on strength, cardio, flexibility and rejuvenation. We want you to enjoy fitness and leave each class restored, reset and refreshed.

Classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who excel in motivating, educating and leaving you perfectly balanced.

All classes are 50 minutes. 6am, 12pm, 6pm – Monday-Friday.
